"Brian was extremely helpful and responsive, keeping me informed up to the minute on all activity regarding the selling of the house and following through with every detail, making the process easy and stress free. I could not have asked for a better experience and highly recommend his services."

"My brother’s house needed some updates and repairs before it could be listed. Brian gave advice on what needed to be done to get it into shape and he contacted the people that would help me with the improvements. On one of several trips to the house, Brian brought some lights and replaced the ones that were there because he knew that they would look better. Even though he kept me informed about the housing market all along, when the house was ready to be listed, Brian again explained everything in detail."

"So many words great words to say about Brian. 2010 when we lost everything, Brian was there through that ride. How my mom found her home. My sister and brother in law found their home through Brian. 2019 I went through the most difficult period of my life and Brian jumped on that search with me. 2024 and still searching he was there. He taught me more than school can teach a guy and how to take care of a home, he’s with you on any journey. I knew coming out of this more about homes then I would have ever thought I know. Glad he was there. He really showed me that house is not just something. It can be anything you make it."

"Brian is very knowledgeable in both selling and buying. He was referred to us by our friends. We’re impressed with his hard work. our property was put on the market with complete information, pictures and descriptions. The property extracted the interests from buyers in the first week. He is also very helpful during the pending and sold time. We were feeling confident and comfortable with Brian as our agent."

"Brian was very helpful in getting my in-laws condo on the market. He made the process of selling very easy. He kept in connect during the sale so we knew what was going on. I would recommend him for your purchase or selling of your property."

"My fiancé and I are first time home buyers. Brian made the process so seamless. His extensive knowledge made us feel secure and helped us become well informed on the various aspects of home buying. We will definitely go through him again as well as recommend him to others in need of a real estate agent. Thank you Brian!!!"

"Brian is amazing. Have worked with him before and he goes above and beyond to make everything go as smoothly as possible. Not only has he sold me my homes but at least six family members as well. Very knowledgeable as well!"

"Brian is an A++. I cannot express enough what a fabulous job he did for me. My property was a hard sell in my book and he was so patient and went way beyond what some realtors would have done. We got it sold. I couldn’t of done without his knowledge of everything and he was always in contact even if things weren’t really moving with the listing. I will definitely be using him again to sell the farm. Superb job! Thank you again Brian. I appreciate you :-)"

"Brian really listens to what is important to you. He had so much patience with coordinating our schedules and went out of his way to make sure all points were covered in the sale. His professional attention to detail was very appreciated and he even calls months after sale to make sure everything was still going well. Brian wants you to be happy with your choice and will make sure you have as much information to be confident in your choosing of a home. If you need a qualified professional to walk you through all aspects of buying a home, consider the personal care you will receive with Brian as a realtor."

"Brian is an absolutely amazing realtor. I’ve worked with him on four home purchases in the past, the most recent closing occurred in February 2023 and went flawlessly. He is always on top of things and extremely thorough. Brian isn’t pressuring in any way and can really help see the potential in any home. He also has a network of skilled and reliable resources for any home repair that you may not be able to handle. Brian also remains in contact well after closing to make sure everything in your new home is in proper order. He’s also always been great with my three children whenever I’ve needed to bring them to view a home. Wish I could give the guy six star ratings!!!

"Brian is a very knowledgeable and professional real estate agent. He did an outstanding job helping me find a suitable property to purchase in a short amount of time. He was aggressive in searching for listings that would meet requirements, expanding my search area and discussing other options. He is well-versed in construction methods and very observant searching out any problem areas. Brian has many contacts in the industry and does not hesitate to make referrals. He also researched local government organizations and provided links to departments I would likely need. His support continued through closing and will continue until the move-in is complete. This was my 8th home purchase and I have never dealt with a better agent than Brian

"Brian is by far an outstanding broker to work with. He is very informative and knowledgeable about what he does. He goes above and beyond what any other agents I have worked with. Brian sold both my husband’s house and my house FAST and got us the best prices he could. I believe that all the prep work that he does before listing (pictures, videos, floorplans, studying the area...) Helps tremendously! He also helped us buy our horse farm! The whole process was easy. Thank you, Brian!!

"Brian is very good at his job! He was quick, professional and great to work with. After our 1st meeting, he quickly did a detailed research about the market and came up with a listing price with perfect reasoning and made it very easy for us. As soon as we were ready to list the house, he and his team quickly prepared all the requirements for the posting and we had the house listed within a weeks time. He kept us informed about the buyer visits and always followed up with the buyers agent to get feedback. Credits to Brian for making the listing apt which got the house sold within a week. If you want to get best price for your house with very little work, you should definitely talk to Brian"

"Brian is nothing but professional and extremely knowledgeable. He is very attentive and proactive on all aspects. Brian made selling our home effortless and stress free, as well as our new home purchase. I have worked with a few other realtors in the past and Brian is by far the best. I would recommend Brian to anyone looking to buy or sell!

"Brian was amazing. As first time home buyers we had a ton of questions. He answered every question we had promptly, and put our mind at ease. He went above and beyond for us. We had a hard time locating our septic tank during our inspection. It wasn’t where the specs said it was supposed to be. He had someone out there right away, and not only located the septic but saved us a ton of money by digging it out himself. He kept us informed continuously, and stood by us every step of the way. We are so happy we went with Brian. He’s a great realtor, and a great person. He saved us so much money throughout the process, and we are beyond grateful we had such a knowledgeable realtor. Thanks Brian for everything! We couldn’t of done it without you!

"From before our home even went on the market, Brian went above and beyond with the amount of time spent preparing, researching, networking and informing us of all the options available. He is on top of every aspect of the sale... from tips on improvements to inspections to every finalizing detail. I highly recommend this very professional agent.
